Before you add a new camera to the Photo Enforced Map, make sure you have all the necessary details. This includes:

Step 1: Gather Necessary Information

  • Location: Exact address or intersection or coordinates of the camera.
  • Type of Camera: Specify if it's a red light camera, speed camera, or traffic camera.
  • Description: Any additional information such as direction, purpose, and unique features.
  • Verification: Ensure the camera is operational and not a temporary installation.

Step 2: Add New Camera

  1. Locate the Spot: Zoom in on the map to the exact intersection or speed camera location where the new camera is installed.
  2. Add Marker: Click on the + on the upper right corner of this map and add details on the context menu.
  3. Fill in Details: A form will pop up asking for the camera details. Fill in all the necessary information you gathered earlier.  It will automatically geocode the location with the approximate coordinates using latitude and longitude.
  4. Submit: After filling out the form, click "Submit" to add the camera to the map.

Step 3: Verification Process

Once submitted, your new camera entry will go through a verification process. Our team will review the information to ensure its accuracy. This process may take a few days. You will receive a notification once your submission is approved and live on the map.

Step 4: Stay Updated

Keep an eye on the map for any changes or updates. If the camera is moved or decommissioned, you can report this to ensure the map remains accurate.
